Coming soon: Summer School 2025
We are delighted to announce the Montevitis Summer School 2025, a three-day event that you can attend on-site at the University of Donja Gorica (Podgorica, Montenegro) or online. This edition will take place from 10 to 12 June 2025.
Under the theme “Sustainable Viticulture and Climate Resilience: Innovations and Strategies for a Changing World,” this intensive programme will explore cutting-edge tools, models and practices that help vineyards thrive in the face of climate change.
Across 14 expert-led sessions featuring scientists, consultants and winemakers, you will gain a broad perspective on sustainable-viticulture projects, climate-adaptation strategies and phenology modelling for vineyards, precision and remote-sensing technologies, integrated water and contaminant management in Mediterranean terroirs, and experiences of producing quality wine in a changing climate.
Whether you are a researcher, extension specialist, grower, policymaker, student, or simply interested in this fascinating topic, the Montevitis Summer School offers a unique platform to exchange knowledge, build collaboration networks, and gain hands-on insights into climate-smart viticulture.
